The Local Programs and Services Board is a new Board of the First Congregational Church. Its' job is to assess needs in our neighborhood and community and then to create programs and strategies that will address them. Its' first accomplishment was the Hotel Voucher Program, a program to assist homeless individuals and families for one - three nights, until they can be placed in an appropriate program.
