The Circle of Friends exists to assist members who are going through a life crisis. Organized in 1988, the structure of the Circle consists of a chairperson with assistants as needed, an advisory board, a budget of about $250.00 annually. The central activities of the Circle are conducted through the chairperson to whom information about persons in crisis is referred by the minister. He or she then makes referrals or gets direct help, such as food, transportation, hospital or home calls. The minister is the chief authority of the Circle of Friends, who may delegate his/her responsibility to the chairperson.

In addition to continuing activity as required, the Circle is also available to provide an opportunity for family and friends of a bereaved member to meet after a memorial service for simple refreshment in a friendly social enviroment. A visitation committee works with the minister and Diaconate.
